- Domestic Orders (Netherlands): Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of order confirmation.
- International Orders: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of order confirmation.
1.2 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping (Netherlands):
- Delivery Time: 2 – 7 Business Days.
- Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders over 30 EUR; orders below 30 EUR will cost 2.99 EUR.
- Shipping within EU:
- Delivery Time: 2 – 3 weeks (Estimated dates will be shown at checkout based on your delivery location).
- Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders over 60 EUR; orders below 60 EUR will cost 4.99 EUR.
- International Shipping (outside EU):
- Delivery Time: 2 – 3 weeks (Estimated dates will be shown at checkout based on your delivery location).
- Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders over 65 EUR; orders below 100 EUR will cost 5.99 EUR.
1.3 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor the delivery status through our shipping partner's website.
1.4 Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses worldwide, but not all countries are included. If we do not ship to your country, we will let you know and cancel your order.
